Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

  • No Employee shall act for the Club in any transaction involving Members, his/her family or dependents, having any significant connection or financial interest.
  • No Employee shall accept gifts or entertainment in any form from Members, or Suppliers either for himself/herself or his/her family.
  • No Employee shall solicit or accept personal benefits such as fees or commission in any form from any Member or Supplier of the Club, or any individual or organization doing or seeking business with the Club.
  • No Employee shall take an opportunity that rightly belongs to the Club. It is also inappropriate for an Employee to use the Club’s name or his/her connection with the Club for personal or non-job related purposes.
  • No Employee shall provide, offer or promise improper entertainment, gifts, benefits, or other advantages to government officials or other third parties directly or indirectly related to any government officials, regardless of whether done inside or outside of the Philippines, or whether done directly or indirectly through third parties.
  • Employees shall award orders, contracts, and commitments to Suppliers without favoritism. Business must be conducted strictly on the basis of merit.
  • No Employee shall use Club assets for personal use.

In case any employee learns of any violation of any of the above, he/she is encouraged to report the same to the Management to enable the latter to act on the same appropriately.
